Market by Portrait #1– December 12 & December 13
Portrait is a concept store where you can shop, drink coffee and come to do some work. Coming weekend though, the focus is mainly on shopping during the first edition of Market by Portrait. Here, you can buy all your Christmas gifts for friends and family that love fashion and interior design. There is mulled wine, a wheel of fortune and great music.

Christmas market – December 12 & December 13
Every year in December, one of the largest Christmas markets of the Netherlands brings a visit to Haarlem. It actually turns the whole city center into a scene from a Christmas movie: brass bands playing your favorite Santa songs, mulled wine everywhere and lots of good food. The market is mainly on the Grote Markt, but don’t forget to wander the little streets surrounding it.

Popcorn has got Bieber Fever (Stalker) – December 12
Club Stalker is Haarlem’s only (and oldest) real club. This Saturday, Stalker is all about Bieber Fever with their club night Popcorn being dedicated solely to the Biebs!

Halve Finale Bands Grote Prijs van Nederland (Patronaat) – December 12
The Grote Prijs van Nederland is a Dutch talent competition that focuses on young musical talents. It has been the kick starter for several well known Dutch musicians. Tonight, Patronaat hosts the semi finals in the category bands. Great night out if you are into music and like to be the first to discover tomorrow’s idols!
